Head of Design and Architecture
The Head of Design & Architecture is responsible for leading the overall design vision and architectural direction of all projects within the organization. This role ensures that every project reflects the company’s design philosophy, brand standards, sustainability goals, and commercial objectives. The position involves managing internal design teams, coordinating with external consultants, and ensuring that designs meet regulatory, technical, and aesthetic requirements from concept to handover.
