The Content Writer is responsible for developing clear, compelling, and brand-aligned written
content across all corporate and project communications. This role supports marketing,
branding, digital, and development teams by crafting narratives that accurately reflect Innovate
Living’s identity, design philosophy, and market positioning. The ideal candidate brings strong
editorial discipline, a refined writing style, and the ability to translate complex concepts into
sophisticated, concise, and engaging content across multiple platforms.
● Develop and maintain a strong editorial voice consistent with the company’s brand
identity across all written communications.
● Support the creation of content strategies for brand, corporate, and project campaigns in
coordination with the Marketing and Creative teams.
● Produce long-form and short-form content, including website copy, brochures, press
releases, social captions, newsletters, sales material, and corporate messaging.
● Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all messaging across platforms and
departments.
● Translate architectural, design, and development concepts into sophisticated narratives
suitable for luxury real estate audiences.
● Craft compelling project descriptions, design rationales, lifestyle storytelling, and product
positioning statements for new developments.
● Work closely with design, development, and marketing departments to ensure written
content aligns with project intent and brand standards.
● Maintain an internal content library with updated copy, messaging frameworks, and
approved brand terminology.
● Develop SEO-optimized website content that enhances visibility while preserving brand
tone and narrative integrity.
● Write and refine content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing,
and paid campaigns.
● Collaborate with digital teams to ensure content performance aligns with engagement

● Adapt writing for different platforms without compromising quality or tone.
Quality Control & Editorial Governance
● Edit and proofread all content to ensure precision, grammatical accuracy, and brand

● Minimum 5–7 years of experience in content writing, preferably within luxury real estate,
hospitality, architecture, or premium lifestyle industries.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a refined writing style across digital, corporate, and brand
content.
● Excellent command of English with strong editing and proofreading skills.
● Ability to translate complex architectural and development concepts into clear, engaging
narratives.
● Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital content frameworks.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with strict

The Art Director is responsible for defining, shaping, and protecting the visual identity of
Innovate Living and its associated brands. This role oversees all creative development across
print, digital, video, and environmental design, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and world-class
visual presence. The Art Director leads the creative process from concept to execution,
collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain the highest levels of
brand craft and consistency.
● Develop and uphold the visual identity system for all Innovate Living brands and
projects.
● Lead creative ideation and conceptual development for campaigns, brand assets,
photoshoots, and digital content.
● Guide designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies to deliver
refined, precise, and brand-aligned visuals.
● Oversee creative quality across all deliverables, ensuring excellence in typography,
layout, color, composition, and storytelling.
● Ensure consistency and coherence across brand applications, including brochures,
presentations, website, digital content, environmental graphics, and signage.
● Review and approve creative work across all channels to maintain brand integrity.
● Collaborate with multiple departments to translate architectural and project narratives
into compelling visual communication.
● Develop and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits, and creative playbooks.
● Oversee full creative production cycles: shoot planning, art direction on set,
post-production, and final delivery.
● Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and
freelancers.
● Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time, within scope, and to brand standards.
● Support digital and social teams with high-quality visual assets that drive engagement
and elevate the brand presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or
related discipline.
● Minimum 5–10 years of experience in art direction or creative leadership, ideally within
luxury real estate, hospitality, or premium lifestyle industries.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design, brand identity work, and art direction
across print and digital.
● Mastery of design and AI tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with
motion graphics and photography direction.
● Strong leadership, creative judgment, and an eye for detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
