Vizir downtown was concepted as half hotel, half serviced apartments. The interior design team came up with a home design concept filled with clean lines, a monochromatic color palette, deeply textured materials, and contemporary furniture. It consisted of 460 rooms, 260 were hotel and there were 200 apartments. It had three main pools, two restaurants and a mixture of apartments and townhouses.
